I was referred to Mike Lokie at Signature mortgage from two of my coworkers and I can now see why they were so eager to refer me to him. The one thing I am most grateful for is Mike's response time! I am one who is impatient easily, but knowing the mortgage process is complicated, I went into this process knowing this will take time and to not be impatient. Mike was an all-star, and any question I had, 95% of the time I got a phone call within the hour if not within 10 minutes - with answers that were explained and easily understood. I always heard the mortgage process was complicated and frustrating but I am so thankful that between our amazing realtor (Amy Guthrie) and our amazing mortgage lender (Mike at Signature) I couldn't have asked for a better or easier experience! I would 100% recommend.
