had a bad experience. this is what happened. checked in December 6 2018 room charge was 119.00 charged on my debit card. went up to room and decided to stay another nite so went back to check in told the lady to sign us up for another nite . so I handed her my debit card as she ran it thru for another nite. thought something was strange I did not get a receipt, so did not think much about the procedure. so we enjoyed our 2 nite stay. got home few days later got my bank statement, chateau charged my card 159.00 for the same room. that was what I got for not getting a receipt, they made a easy extra 40.00. bet they really needed it no more chateau for me
