The Rueben was great but the Matzo ball essentiall...

The Rueben was great but the Matzo ball essentially raw - maybe the outer 1/8 cooked and the chicken broth watery. They comped us on second mention. Service was slow. Will try again but stick to sandwiches which are reliably good.
