Few weeks ago I had worst exoeriance waiting for shuttle, and service is way slow, I spoke with manager and he said he can fix it, today I wait 2,5 hours for tighten my belts and give a price for fix cost, "god bless: any managers around to manitor the shop? Happy hours starts at 6 pm not 9 am. I wish thing could get better because this place is close to me, but for now I will visit diferent DEALER!
KC is the person I am satisfied with, machanics and technitions need bunch of trainings!
