My wife and I had a great experience here. The sale price noted online was a bit suspicious to us, like some others mentioned on their review, but when I asked the detail, the salesperson explained that the discount given online is for a cash purchase and a military discount. We still got the dealership discount, so the actual price was only $900 different than what was quoted online. In the end, the dealership helped us find a better financial institution than what we came in with. They found us a 3% better rate, which saves us well over the $900 difference in price, so we were very happy. We went ahead with extending the B2B waranty also, so we ended up getting 10 yr/100,000 miles B2B for the same monthly payment that we would have had if we had gone with our original financial institution. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and speedy. I walked in at about 2 pm and out by five with my new vehicle. (also, fyi, if you don't have an Ioniq, you need to trade your car in for one. we've driven it over 50 miles, and the gas still shows full!) It gets rated almost 60mpg, but I think I'm getting more than that! I'm now thinking about trading my other car in for one too...
