Terra gardens is a joke. Terrible customer service to say the least. I have been a customer there for years and have spent thousands of dollars there. I recently bought their organic mulch as a top dressing for flower beds as stated from their website. After it was spread by hand and it rained once on it. Tons and tons of plastic and garbage came to the surface. I called and spoke to manager Tammy. She admitted that they are currently and have had issues with this product. She tried to turn it back on me stating that it s because people put garage in their green waste bin. She first stated that there is nothing I can do for you that s just the product. I said that I am unhappy and that I am the customer. Terra Gardens should have told me about the problem they were having before I bought two truck loads of it and spread it by hand. Tammy says well next time you come in I will give you a discount . What happened to customer service. We will take our business elsewhere.
