Bad customer service or should I say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a bike rack over 6 weeks ago and have no idea when and if it is being shipped. They were quick to charge my credit card but did not deliver my product or contact me. I sent several emails and all I get is a general automated response. I understand Covid effected delivery times but what is the excuse for not getting back to you.
