My daughter & Son-n-law purchased a 2017 Dodge Journey last month and within days it broke down on my daughter with her kids in the car. It had to be towed and they replaced the battery. It ran a few days but broke down again and this time with me & the kids with her. It was very hot and she has an infant. It was towed again and a new alternator was put on the vehicle. I also noticed in their driveway an oil spot where the vehicle has been leaking oil . They took the car to Dothan last night and as they drove up into the driveway the car battery light came on again! Thank god they were home this time. They have made numerous calls to the dealer and the manager and no one will respond and Now they just get hung up on. This is unacceptable! I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows the type of vehicles & service that Tallahassee Dodger Chrysler Jeep has. This is a young couple who works hard and didn t deserve the treatment they got from this company.
