iI would like to not only thank Shawn Smith, but also to congratulate him on the amazing customer service he provided to us last Thursday, he really did go above and beyond.

We had upgraded our software to version 12.2 overnight, and none of the computers over three practices were working. With unlimited patience he logged in remotely to all the workstations, and one by one got them working fine.

It must have taken him around 5 hours to get all of them working, and at no point did he show boredom or frustration with how long it was taking.

He is a true ambassador for SOE.
