Very disappointed with our stay

Very disappointed with our stay
Many issues that shouldn't have occurred.
Beautiful Resort, considering what we paid for our 2 week stay, service was below standards. Live and learn.

Update, my motto is to give people, companies and organizations a second chance . My wife and i visited JW Marriott a second time the stay was unbelievable the staff went above and beyond.
