They ordered me a Lyft ride that never came. I had to leave my car there an extra day, after they lied to me and told me they had the part when in actuality they had to go retrieve the part, forcing me to leave my car there overnight, when in actuality it should have taken no more than 3-4 hours. Lastly, they scratched my passenger side door, and when I brought this to there attention, they said, "You had another scratch, so when you fix that one, you'll have to fix this one too."
I genuinely do not like going to this dealership, and would rather drive a city over to the next Honda Dealership to prevent poor customer service, similar to what I received here. If you value your car, take it to get worked on at another Honda Dealership.
