Usually followed at the Cordeliers CHV in Meaux, my veto advised me to go to ENVA to consult for my cat's skin problems since it was outside his area of expertise. I called in the morning, the very nice secretary called me 20 minutes later to schedule an appointment at the start of the afternoon!
The intern who received us was very gentle and conscientious in her interrogation, the questionnaire is very complete and nothing has been left to chance. She then took my cat to the consultation room where a qualified veterinarian and another intern were waiting. I could not attend the consultation due to current sanitary conditions, I was qq apprehensive because Dobby is usually very fearful towards people he doesn't know. Everything went well, not a spit nothing! Proof of this is their sweetness.
After qq exams they took me to the consultation room to explain to me in detail the 3 tracks that we will follow and the mini treatment to come for a new visit in 2 months.
They were very nice, their explanations were complete and they even complimented me on the way I take care of my cat's skin.
In short, a big thank you to them 3, Dobby did not even sulk when we returned!
