No problems switching, using the site or with the price but it's been a month since I emailed with an enquiry and I've had no contact at all since.
PS as soon as this went up, I was contacted hence the addition of a star, but it's a pity that companies don't pay more attention to the actual customers than the reviews on here.

Back with an edit after 3 months. Been trying to use the app I downloaded from Google play. It doesn't recognise my account number and postcode. Spent all day today trying to get through on the phone.
So- I'm unable to put my readings in, check what I owe- nothing!
Now worried I'll rack up unnecessary debt.
Thinking of going back to one of the big companies again .
Now I've posted on here I might get an email as they seem to care more about ratings than customer service, even though one influences the other.
