I wish there was ZERO star rating! This is the 4th time I have taken my vehicle to Billion GMC Iowa City and the 4th time my vehicle has not been fixed as promised. March 3, 2017 I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment to get a lock switch replaced, cruise control checked, oil change and tires rotated. Alex was in charge of my vehicle. At 1:15 pm I called Alex and no one could find him and the receptionist said she would leave a message for Alex to call me. 3:15 pm I called again....STILL can't find Alex! 4:20 I called again and spoke with Abby who could not find Alex. I told Abby this was my 3rd call and to please find Alex. While I was on hold Steve called me. He said the lock switch was covered by my warranty but it was a 2 hr job and couldn't be completed today. REALLY? You have had my car in your service area for 9 hours. Here's the kicker...oil change has not been done, tires have not been rotated and the part for the cruise control needed to be ordered. I was beyond angry! 5:00 guess who called??? ALEX! He asked me how my day was? I asked him if this was a joke? He called to let me know that my oil change was done. I'm trying so hard not to cuss my brain out at this point! Billion GMC Iowa City had my vehicle for 10 hrs and I got an oil change! Now I get to go back next week to get the 2 hr lock switch put in and the cruise control fixed. Boy oh Boy I can't wait!
