My husband had set up an appointment at this locat...

My husband had set up an appointment at this location since they had 4 used vehicles listed online that we were interested in looking at. He had been communicating with a salesman for a few days and had told him which ones we were interested in. We get there at our appointment time and he starts trying to locate the SUVs. We wait over 20 minutes for them to finally pull one out (keep in mind we have a toddler with us who had been cooped up in a car for over an hour and a half). It s dirty, and the fuel tank is completely empty. Sales guy says I ll be right back, and comes back (20 minutes later) with a completely different SUV, not any of the ones we were interested in. In the meantime, my husband discovers a VERY evident oil leak because the rear seal is going out on it. The second SUV was also extremely dirty, out of gas and out of the price range we had discussed. When we ask him about the price and remind him where we wanted to be with a payment his response was we can get the numbers to work. We did our test drive (including having to stop for gas) and agree to talk numbers.... 45 minutes later they come back at double our budget and almost double what we had stated was our firm monthly budget. Needless to say, they didn t even try to make the numbers work. They also have every intention of selling SUV #1 (which their price is high if it was in good condition) even with major cosmetic defects and a necessary major repair without disclosing the problem. Oh, and the other 3 we wanted to see, that were in our desired budget? Not even there. It would have been nice to know before we spent over 3 hours in the car and over 3 hours at the dealership. Based on this and similar experiences I have learned about since leaving the dealership, not only will we NOT be back but I will definitely not recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
