We never thought that our 14-day holiday, which we have been waiting with joy and excitement for months, will be a Nightmare,
Scorpio sent my wife in our room number 3126 on September 08, 2020, yes, you read it correctly in our ROOM.
We had the worst and the worst Holiday of our lives in this facility,
We condemn the Hotel management, which covers the treatment fee but lacks the grace of wishing a get well soon,
(Being a manager does not manage the facility, it is a position that is occupied after failing to show value and love to human beings in my view)
In Lavanta Restaurant, there must be a saving of service personnel, we witnessed waiting in queues for minutes in this Hotel.
I have to mention that its location and view are very beautiful.
We would also like to thank all the service staff who did their job at an intense pace, with an inadequate number of staff, but with devotion and smiling face.
A Hotel that definitely does not deserve 5 stars but is a candidate to be a 3-star facility
