Hotel that in my opinion does not deserve 5 stars, for a luxury hotel if you arrive in your room you will find everything you need, from the kettle and coffee machine, to the welcome kit, I had to go down to ask what a hotel must and I say must offer luxury and which among other things is in their advertising. Let's talk about the breakfast, very poor with discount products, yogurt, dried fruit, eggs especially, not very fresh, tetrapak fruit juice, in short ... but it must also be said that all the staff are wonderful , an impeccable kindness and professionalism, which warms your heart and maybe passes the forgetfulness of the management. A special thanks to Roberto for his valuable advice, but above all thanks to Paolo and Davide who made me feel special, if I return to Palermo I will choose the same hotel only thanks to them.
