I sent my resume in to Boly:Welch a day before I was called in for an interview. I met with Brittney and Roxanne who were both very helpful. I left my interview with Roxanne telling me she had a job in mind and would try to set up an interview. I got the job the next morning! She was fast and caring. I had a wonderful experience with them.
