I and my mom bought a 2016 impala and a 2017 Malibu from Kelvin and it was the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever done. We wanted both vehicle to be new but he show us a used impala that was actually certified and in our budget. We are Kelvin customer for life and will go where ever he goes.
