After visiting several other dealerships, We were most pleased with the customer service we received at Jim Ellis. Our Sales Person, Greg, made this experience one of the best we've had purchasing a car. It had been 12 years since we purchased our last car and we didn't know what to expect with the change in cars and prices. However, Greg and the Sales Manager searched for all incentives and rebates they could find and also gave us a great price for our trade.
