Service department is terrible and needs a new way...

Service department is terrible and needs a new way of servicing customers. I've called 3 times this week for an appointment. Each time I get an operator who takes down your information name, vehicle type, problem, and phone number and I'm told an adviser will contact you within a couple of hours. No one has called. I don't understand how hard it is to have an employee to set up a time to bring your vehicle in to be serviced for whatever issue you might be having.

Yes, they can contact me. The service department needs a change the current system isn't working. Give me a number and name that I can reach out to.
