Great Bob Rohrmam service department experience again thanks to Joe Lambert who set up my service to Thom Martin who checked me in and kept me advised and Matt Meinken who closed the service.They were all as concerned about my problem as l was.My new F-150 needed a body adjustment to make perfect and now it is and l could not be happier.
