You haven't lived until you've had the jalapeno cheddar sausage. You have to have the sampler so you can try the different options. The Mexican corn needs a little more cheese and lime, but if you ask for lime wedges they'll give them to you. Perfectly smoked brisket. I've been a few times. Oh oh oh don't forget to get the churro waffle ice cream.. heavenly.
