I just recently worked with Michael Wilson-Pierce while searching for an apartment in the Brighton, Allston and Brookline areas. On our first meeting Michael had a variety of places for me to look at that all covered the requirements I had asked for. He took the time to really research and find the things I was looking for in the apartment. He sent me many listings and details leading up to the visits to keep me in the loop and weed out the ones that didn't check enough boxes. On that first day we trekked all over the area looking at a total of seven places. We found a couple that I really liked and I was contemplating some of those when I decided I'd rather look exclusively in the Brookline area rather than Allston and Brighton. Michael came back with four more options for me that all were pretty incredible. With his help, attention to detail, dedication and drive to find me what I wanted I was able to sign a lease for September in a beautiful apartment that checked off every requirement I had. Not only was he the only realtor that I reached out to in the area to help me, he did so with so much effort and enthusiasm. Even when I changed my mind on the location he jumped to it and found me more great options to look at. In the world of Boston apartment hunting looking to move for September 1st around July is late to the game and he really pulled through and found me an awesome spot. Michael really listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for, honed in and got it for me. I appreciate his work and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking in the Boston area. He was extremely professional, polite, and prompt with every meeting and really helped with the signing process.
