We had a very satisfying experience at this dealership. We've always loved the television advertising and wanted to see if we could get the great deals they promised. We were not disappointed. The facility is very comfortable and customer friendly. Our salesman, Harold Shemesh, was friendly, personable, and very knowledgable concerning the availability of the particular truck packages in the price range that we were looking for. The Credit manager, Eddie Morales, walked us thru every step of his process, and took the time to explain each step to our satisfaction.
Usually trading cars is like pulling teeth, but this was the first time we ever felt valued as a customer and that we were not just a money figure on a balance sheet. I rate the dealership tops in the field and Harold and Eddie a solid ten out of ten.
