Had one of their sales rep come out to give a free measure and quote, he arrived took measurements was an effort for him to even show us samples and then decided to leave without a quote as he was to busy to do one but was willing to email the quote when he had spare time. Rang their office to complain and also got average service and response and with out an apology So not impressed with his and Bob burns blinds service and will not be using them. Have decided to go through another company. I would not recommend Bob burns blinds at all.
