I took my truck in for an oil change/tire rotation...

I took my truck in for an oil change/tire rotation.I made the appointment for 9 am on their app. got it in on time, the CS tech took my phone number and said they'd give me a call when it was done. Then crickets.....I ended up calling them at 3:30 pm to see if it was done. A little disappointed no one called. Good thing I didn't need it
