Just purchased a gently used 2015 Kia Sorento from this location. Experience was great from start to finish. JR was my salesmen and he was GREAT! He has AWESOME customer service; sent an email via the dealerships website about the vehicle I was interested in around midnight on Tuesday and received a call from JR by 8:30AM on Wednesday morning. My husband and I dont get off until 5 or 6PM but JR was able to set up an evening appointment time that worked with my family's schedule. Came in on a Friday evening around 7PM and by 9PM we had test drove our car, discussed numbers and signed a deal! JR was very personable from his keeping in contact with us to him even reaching out the day after the deal to say Thank You for our business.
