Prestige Toyota was by far the best experience my husband and I have ever encountered when buying a car. We have been looking for an SUV for a couple of months, and every dealer we walked into either did not take us seriously, or treated us like they didn't need our business. The second we walked into Prestige Toyota, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who directed us to our salesman Mike Chaitow. Mike was very patient, and explained everything in detail about how the car worked and it's various features. Mike introduced us to the sales manager Kevin Cadena, who was also a pleasure to deal with. Our financial manager we met when purchasing the car, Ray Laureano, was also excellent. He explained everything with detail, did not rush me to sign any documents, and did not try to strong-arm us into buying all the add ons at the end. He described everything in detail and let us decide if any would suit our needs. Brandon set everything up in our car, and explained how every function worked. Because we had such a great experience, we purchased a Highlander that day. Prestige Toyota treats everyone as a prospective customer, with the friendliness and professionalism other dealerships lack. I don't foresee my husband or I shopping for a car anywhere else, and I will definitely refer them in the future!
