Inconsiderate and just down-right rude: I ve used Beutler s annual service maintenance plan for about 5 years now. Every single year some lady named Patty calls to renew my plan over the phone and tries to charge me more than twice the negotiated price. I have to send them a copy of my contact and go through this waste of time and frustration every year! Yes, she called again last week and I asked her to pull the file again for details and call me back so I can renew my plan. She, nor anyone at Beutler, has called back to collect the correct payment.
Today Beutler was suppose to service my AC between 11AM and 1 PM; a reasonable two hour window. Sharon at Beutler told me the technician would call when he was 30 minutes out. At 1 PM I called Sharon because I d not received a call. She told me, without apology, that the technician had to go to an emergency ( more profitable ) call. She couldn t even agree that Beutler should have at least given me a courtesy call. All Sharon could tell me was that the technician would call me when he s done with the emergency. I wouldn t be giving this terrible review had the EXACT same thing not happened in the past with Beutler. Now I ve requested that a manager (Ray) at Beutler give me a call. I highly doubt that he will because that s been my experience with Beutler.

NOW IT'S BEEN 5 FULL DAYS SINCE THAT BOTCHED MAINTENANCE CALL - Still, no manager from Beutler has called. Worse, the condenser that was working fine before the tech showed up is now not putting out cold air. I think he drained the refrigerant. Glad I took a video and photos of the whole mess!

Oh regarding your response. You're just playing to the crowd. I got a "read receipt" when I emailed my complaint and request for a call over a week ago. You have my contact information.
