You then only listen to the reviews that interest you and leave the customers who are not happy .. it shows very well how professional you are from copying and pasting the comments you make. Too bad for you that you will not win back the disappointed visitors. After all, you never answered what my review says is true, you were content with "the reviews of the other visitors lie to you". So find out that no criticism denies me and this is my honest opinion about your accommodation. It would be good to consider it as a proper professional and not just look at the good reviews because that way you will not get better.
