Added $300 in services that I did not schedule + said brake pads needed to be replaced when they were, in-fact, fine.

Don't waste your time or money at this service center. I took my Hyundai here for regularly scheduled maintenance. I scheduled online which itemized each service that would be performed under the manufacturer's recommendation. When I checked my car in, the dealership switched my service from "manufacturer recommended" to "dealer recommended" (a $300 cost increase). They never explained that this switch happened - they later said, "this is what we perform here despite what the website says".
I've owned multiple other cars and ALL dealerships I have been to clearly explain the manufacturer recommended service and dealer recommended and let the customer choose the service they want.
Additionally, Jim Ellis Hyundai told me I need new front brake pads. They would not price match another local Hyundai dealership which was offering the service for $100 less. The next day I took my car there, they informed me my brake pads are fine and do not need to be replaced. They had 3 different people check after I told them Jim Ellis said they need to be replaced. The brakes were fine.
The service rep at Jim Ellis told me that the VP at the dealership would call me... no one has. I've filed a complaint with the BBB (giving them a chance to make this right), they offered a small % refund if I brought my car back to them... not going to happen. I do not trust them to touch my car. I am taking my car to another Hyundai service center that is not ripping me off. They are now ignoring my BBB complaint. I tired to give Jim Ellis the chance to make this right, they haven't. Do NOT take your car here. I'll be spreading the word on other review sites too.
