I bought 5 custom blinds from BB around 8-9 yrs ag...

I bought 5 custom blinds from BB around 8-9 yrs ago. One small part of one blind broken - new type now & no spare part for my blind - really? Very pleasant staff suggested I try E-bay - very disappointing.
