Took my car here at 7:00 am get a call at 2:30pm stating they have not serviced my car yet they are 2 days behind in servicing cars. Don't know what to say. First what kind of service people do you have taking calls and second why would you let me bring my vehicle there at 7:00am knowing you have a problem. So disappointed in Jim Ellis and I will never bring my vehicle back there again you wont me to leave my car there for 2 days for an oil change and engine light on.
