The customer service here is terrible. I had heater fan that wasn t working. Even though freezing temperatures and the fact that I have spent a sizable amount there on two vehicles they told me it would be a week before they could even see me. Didn t even offer to see if it was something small like a fuse. Called Quincy Jeep got me in same day and had me out in 20 minutes with the problem resolved. Tallahassee Jeep has lost my business. I would give them less than 1 star if I could.
