Bought a GMC Acadia from Gio at Billion Auto. There was some minor flaws in the paint and Gio said "sure sure, we can get that fixed up when the weather's warmer". Well upon driving it home the first time, I notice the grill is cracked. Immediately we call and are told it will be replaced when the paint is redone and fill up the gas for your trouble, great. So wait a while finally get an appt set up and between that initial call and going to the appt we had washed it and seen the back seal was broke and leaking water and the tire stem was leaking air. Anyways... upon receiving the Acadia back there's even more cosmetic flaws in the paint but the manager says it was already there and nothing was repaired aside the grill. Do NOT, I repeat, do not give this business your service and if for some odd reason you have to, get any repairs they agree to IN WRITING BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TRUE TO THEIR WORD. Shame on me for believing people still stuck to their word.

Kriegers in Muscatine, IA has offered us great and honest service in the past.
McLaughlin in Moline, IL has also offered honest sales in the past.

Billion Auto just happened to be the lot that had the vehicle we wanted, and seemed great at first but so so dishonest. Also, don't sign up for their "add on" package... they can get you a lower payment if you add on their minor repair plan.... how is the payment lower with "more"? Unreturned calls, poor service, dishonest salesmen, and empty promises and empty gas tanks... that's ALL you will get after your name is signed on the deal.
