I have been here many times before this trip, and while I understand with COVID times are different, this was not upscale by any means. From check-in - no valet, parking far from entrance yet still charging the high valet-parking rate - to the restaurants with limited menus and below par quality food, to staff that don t seem to know the resort they work in - just an all around bad experience that a gorgeous view just can t make up for at these prices.
