I have lived outside of Europe for the last 5.5 years and this company has caused me more stress than I care to remember. If I could leave them 0 stars then I would! As someone who wants to pay their debts off despite being out the country this company doesn't make it easy to communicate. No online contact centre presence (email or chat), only being able to email documents to them within the last 12 months and a website that is like something out of the 90's, all of this mixed with agents who often don't care or want to help. Makes me understand why people leave the country and stop paying....sort it out!
