My girlfriend and I were looking to rent a one bedroom apartment with our german shepherd. Our realtor was Michael Wilson Pierce and I think that we were very lucky that we had him as our realtor.
Michael was very responsive and he communicated with us often so we stay informed about the leasing process. What we really enjoyed about working with him was that he never rushed us on making decisions. We knew apartments get rented fast, but it was always extra stressful when we were told to hurry up on making decisions when we were working with other realtors.
I thought we would never be able rent an apartment within our maximum budget because of our german shepherd, but we were able to lease an apartment that we like thanks to Michael's effort. It was definitely the best leasing experience I've ever had and I highly recommend Michael.
