I went to the ophthalmology department. Absolutely adorable, attentive, competent and even responsive vets by email!
The big problem was the reception. Some people (not all I specify) are very unwelcoming so for a welcome it is average. We hear phone calls and as soon as it hangs up it insults the customers "ohlala but what a con this one they are drunk!" ... We make you go up then down then back up to reception-2nd floor for some paperwork as if you were a postman, without apologizing for the inconvenience.
And at the time of paying an invoice I was told that it was impossible because computer problem (I was spoken to very badly), I had to leave without paying and they had to send me the invoice by email. The same evening I was expecting important analysis results, I received an email saying that I would not have them until I had paid! I tried to reach someone who handles it all but too many different numbers and hardly any answering, ended up going back just to sort it out. And finally, the only customer entrance is made with automatic doors and they were blocked during my last visit.
Maybe I fell at the wrong time with the wrong people, but it's still a lot.
