Called up about a letter I received stating that I had said I was moving abroad for 3 months (I wasn't). Got put through to someone who who ignored the fact I had been put through for 2 mins. He asked why I was calling, I explained about the letter. He proceeded through security questions and said that I now have access to my account and if there was anything else he could help with. I said yes, the fact I received a letter in reply to one I never sent. He went oh, let me put you on hold while I check on that and was hung up on. I can't remember his name but he had no telephone manner and mumbled through the whole call. Absolute shambles for a simple inquiry and if I could give zero stars I would have.
