This company is fantastic from top to bottom. The person who came and inspected our home was thorough and explained things well. He did not try to aggressively push me into buying things I didn't need. I felt comfortable with him in my home and his explanation of services offered and how they would be useful to me sounded right. I have had 11 quotes from other companies for waterproofing, flood control, etc in my basement and I ended up using this company because I felt that they were honest and reliable. The guys just left after filling a large crack in my foundation and they did such a good job. I have a sleeping infant upstairs and I left them know- they barely made a peep! Not only were they respectful of my home and the current COVID19 climate, they were respectful of my space and their noise level! The job was done well. I plan to use them for all future house projects. Their level of communication is outstanding - I always knew the plan and felt that I could contact anyone at any time for questions. Most of the other quotes were unreasonable and didn't really explain what they could do and how it would fix the problem. These guys didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions and made sure I truly knew what my problem was and the different options to fix the problem. They are respectful, timely, efficient, reasonably priced, and trustworthy.
