Terrible Experience! My wife and I had been looking at purchasing a new Buick Encore. We bought a 2016 Buick Regal (from another dealership) a couple of years ago and wanted to stay with Buick. We saw an advertised price and went to purchase it. We did have a great Product Specialist named Eugene who was very nice. Unfortunately, when it came time to get the advertised price Eugene had to speak to the manager. The manager came out and had some numbers written down that totaled $,2,000.00 more than the advertised price and $2,000.00 more for a seat and paint insurance, $4,000.00 more total!

I explained that wasn't the advertised price and I didn't want the $2,000.00 seat and paint insurance. He said the best he could do was to give the Encore at the advertised price but we'd have to buy the $2,000.00 seat and paint insurance. When I reiterated that I didn't want the seat and paint insurance, he said that if I didn't want the seat and paint insurance he would have to charge $2,000.00 more for the Encore.

As my wife and I were sitting in the cubical we could hear the couple sitting next to us being told the same thing regarding the advertised Encore price. They immediately got up and left very angry

It was like a combination of every bad story you've ever heard about car dealerships. I've been to many dealerships in my life and never had an experience like this.
