I am glad we chose Key realty to rent our apartment in Boston. John was highly professional and very efficient in communicating with us. I found their listing on craigslist and left a voicemail after hours. I got a call first thing next morning and was invited to their office. We moved from Houston, TX and John made sure he kept us updated on the process. The best of all, he made a special trip for us to get the dimensions of the apartment so we could plan what furniture to bring accordingly.
