3 employees handing the service area with a line a mile long, while they claim to be the busiest in the South East -- I'm not sure I'd brag about that fact, considering nobody wants to service their vehicle and "the busiest seems to indicate a large number of broken vehicles. The least they could do is to have the proper staff to handle the crowd.
