Very nice up front but when you leave you no longer exist to them. They failed to return any phone calls and had absolutely no desire to follow up on any of their promises. I would recommend that anyone interested in getting a good deal and any sort of service after the sale steer clear of billion auto. Overall the worst car buying experience I have ever had.
