Love the new service facility. It's a bit tricky to get to the first time, but after that, no problem. Just took my 2016 CX-5 in for an oil change and general checkup. Juan Vargas met me with his clipboard and noted any concerns I had and then he escorted me to the (very nice) waiting room. The free wi-fi makes the wait go quickly and allows folks like me to work.
The work was done about 30 minutes prior to the promised time. The car was clean inside and out. The service department is the best and Juan is too.
