7/3/18
Do not take your vehicle to this place! I posted a bad review about this place on 6/28/18. Now, I am posting another BAD review about the place. I came by on 7/2/18 to the Express Lane for an oil change because there was a check engine light and a notification that the oil needed to be changed. (Ms. Amanda was the staff member who checked in my car). I am not sure who does the multi-point inspection or the exact purpose of the staff inserting a device that connects to their iPad. Regardless, the check engine light was never assessed or looked into. Ms. Amanda asked initially if I had received a tune-up on my car? (I thought this information would be in your system). I showed Ms. Amanda my notebook of services that I ve had and pointed out that I had a tune-up. When I asked her, Based off my mileage now, am I still good to go without another tune-up? She hesitantly nodded yes. In addition to the oil change, Ms. Amanda brought to my attention that I needed more electronic steering fluid. I told Ms. Amanda to add that to my services and she stated that they would leave the remaining bottle of steering fluid in my trunk. After I paid for the services rendered, I went to my car and checked my trunk never found this bottle of electronic fluid that was supposed to be placed in my trunk. I walked back inside and inquired to Ms. Amanda, she stated that the mechanic forgot to put the bottle in my trunk. Finally leaving the lot, I noticed a loud scratching sound underneath my car and the shakiness and check engine light were still ongoing.
I made a U-turn back to the service department. I went back to Ms. Amanda and explained that when I brought my car to you that I did not hear a scrapping sound underneath my car. The mechanic did not reassemble my plastic skid guards. When I inquired about the check engine light and the shakiness, Ms. Amanda then began to calculate the mileage from my last tune-up. It was time for another tune-up. This time, to avoid another misunderstanding with Mr. Paul (review posted 6/28/18) about time frame, I confirmed with Ms. Amanda that a tune-up will take a few hours and asked for a shuttle ride to my house. Returning back to Dodge service department, Ms. Amanda applied a discount as a courtesy for the headache that I have been going through. After I paid and cranked-up my car, the shakiness was still there. Ms. Amanda informed me that they test drove my car and did not notice any shakiness. (That is a bunch of BS! How can I test drive a car and not notice it s shaking)?! Ms. Amanda suggested two options: 1. I can set up an appointment to have Dodge fully diagnose the check engine light and look into the shakiness of the car. 2. Consider trading my car.

*Side note: The only person at the service department that day was Mr. Paul, the same guy I had an issue with a few days ago.

If your staff had done their job RIGHT, I would not be complaining about the piss poor service they re giving. I used to feel at ease going to the dealership with my car, now I do not even want to drive past the lot in fear of being lied to or them further messing up my car.
