Log in to get almost immediately logged out of my account and permanently banned, literally for logging in on the official Runescape Client. Absolutely disgraceful, 13 years of gameplay and work on my account down the drain for apparent macroing? That's not on. No customer support available. What did I just pay you 13 years for?!
