I ll keep this brief, your pool service needs help...

I ll keep this brief, your pool service needs help. On two separate days it took over an hour to get a drink. Not sure why anyone should be spending $10+ a beer when it comes out warm or your waiter forgets to bring you the right one.

I get covid rules and downsizing in the hospitality field but Marriott should hold itself to a higher standard. Not impressed.
